Mr. Friebis has more than 33 years experience in professional tax preparation and write-up (accounting) services. As CFO of Friebis & Associates, he currently holds licensing credentials of Enrolled Agent, Accredited Tax Advisor and Accredited Tax Preparer. Dan has prepared more than 60,000 tax returns during his career, specializing in Personal (1040), Corporate (1120/1120S), Partnership (1065) and Trust/Estate (1041) Tax Returns. Mr. Friebis is an expert in determining the proper entity(s) for all business and investment companies, having set up more than 500 LLC’s and S Corporations, while also providing registered agent services for those companies.
